Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Please call to arrange after hours or weekend scheduling.

Tours: We cordially invite you to tour our facilities. Please contact your Store Manager/Account Representative to arrange a comprehensive tour.

Pick-up & Delivery: Pick-up & delivery is available throughout the metroplex.

Split Deliveries: For each extra (split) delivery, a minimum $10.00 fee will incur.

Shipping/Handling:
• Mail or UPS: $7.50 + courier charges
• Fed-Ex and Airborne Express shipping available only with your account number/credit card provided.

Copyrighted Materials: Purchaser represents and warrants that by requesting Lawton Reprographic Centers, Inc. to reproduce any copyrighted work, purchaser has either:

Obtained permission from the copyright owner to reproduce, distribute, and display such copyrighted work.
Will use the reproduction prepared by Lawton Reprographic Centers, Inc. solely for teaching, research, scholarship, criticism, comment or news reporting and will not sell or use the reproduction in any manner which is to direct financial detriment of the copyright owner.
Purchaser agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Lawton Reprographic Centers, Inc. for all costs, expenses, attorney’s fees or judgments resulting from any claims or lawsuit against Lawton Reprographic Centers, Inc. at the request of the owner.

Terms: Net 10th prox. Due and payable in Dallas County, Texas.

Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice. Minimum Invoice: $8.00 per order that is charged
$12.00 per job picked up or delivered

Overtime: For work requested after our regular business hours, an additional charge of $35.00/hour per person will incur. Holiday overtime rates are $50.00/hour per person. Non-productive time awaiting client’s work will be charged $50.00/hour per person.

Limited Warranty: Not withstanding any other provision herein contained or imposed by law, Sellers warranty hereunder shall be limited to the sales price of the merchandise and the service recited in the invoice. Seller expressly denies any and all warranties of fitness and merchantability.

Liability: We use extreme care in working with your prints and original artwork. Submitting any slide, transparency or artwork to Lawton Reprographic Centers, Inc. for processing constitutes an agreement by you that if such slide, transparency or original artwork is damaged, lost or not returned by us, our liability is limited to the replacement of an equivalent amount of unexposed film. Original art will be left at customer risk only and is not subject to replacement. Lawton Reprographic Centers, Inc. assumes no liability for mounting abd laminating prints or originals not produced at Lawton Reprographic Centers, Inc.
